Description: A method for the biological synthesis of propylene oxide in situ catalysts prepared by the reduction method involving a catalyst. The plant Oriental Arborvitae dried and crushed, according to Oriental Arborvitae powder mixed with water, shaking, filtration, plant biomass that was leaching solution; in deionized water by adding titanium silicalite, gold precursor chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) solution and the ionic liquid [BMIM] [BF4], to give a solution A; the plant biomass in the leaching solution A was added to the above solution, yielding a solution B; and the solution B was suction-filtered, washed, dried and activated for the synthesis of propylene oxide to give catalyst. Catalysts prepared using propylene epoxidation, with good activity, stability advantages.
